Bad faith insurance has rapidly grown and become a pervasive and
very serious mainstream problem that threatens all Americans and all business interests. Up until now, the only way for
individuals, businesses and related claimants to collect on a denied claim has been to fight the bad faith insurance
companies in court. The common practice of "vacatur" has minimized the availability of reference materials on the subject
of bad faith insurance by an estimated 50-80% but as the use and practice of bad faith practices has become so widespread,
there has been a marked increase in articles, etc. on the subject since 1999. (For more on "vacatur",
Because bad faith insurance practices have grown to widespread proportions and become such a common practice, a growing
and increasing number of reference materials have been published and produced on the subject of bad faith insurance since
1999-2000. Please make us aware and let us know the source of any reference materials on bad faith insurance that
we don't have using the following email link

'INSIDER' HEADLINE: Authoritative White Paper Confirms Industrywide
Problem: No Large Claims Being Paid
Note: The insurance industry trade referenced 'White Paper',
substantiates and documents irrefutable and undeniable evidence and proof as to the past occurrences and present existence
of bad faith insurance which remains unchallenged by the insurance industry and will remain so because the underlying basic
premises of the piece are so well documented that it is beyond the abilities of even the most accomplished and mastered
liars for the most powerful and rigged system in America to be able to argue against. Other than silence by the
industry in hopes not to bring attention to the controversial document, the only response by the industry has been by a
few trade press publications that have admittedly indicated their suspicions of the existence of bad faith for a long time
as their published responses are all in complete agreement with the white paper document. 'All' related insurance
industry trade press reviews and commentaries that are known to exist are included below. The authoritative white paper
document has never before been exposed, revealed or shown to the American Public. Maintained as one of the industry's
most closely guarded secrets, it took FBIC two years before it became aware and was able to secure a copy of the industry's
most closely guarded document, uncover and expose what comes down to an admission of guilt by the most secretive and powerful
industry of our times. Appropriate of its trade orientation focus, the white paper is entitled "The Loss Of The
Certainty Effect". (Had it been published for the American Public's consumer eyes to see, it would have been
more aptly entitled "The Loss Of Good Faith Insurance" or "The Loss Of Insurance Paying Claims".) The white paper
described by many within the industry as a "brilliant masterpiece" is co-authored by two insurance industry 'insiders' and
top-most leaders, Richard E. Stewart and Barbara D. Stewart. To view Richard E. Stewart's Bio

Barbara D. Stewart's Bio click

- An independent insurance industry trade press publication review and commentary (of "The Loss Of The Certainty Effect"
written by the Stewarts) is entitled "The Non-Payment Of Insurance Claims" written by editor Joseph M. Belth, PhD as
published by The Insurance Forum, October 2002 Edition. At The Insurance Forum's special request to meet
their format, the Stewart's prepared "a shortened, non-technical version" of "The Loss Of The Certainty Effect" for
publication in The Insurance Forum". The abridged version of "The Loss Of The Certainty Effect" written by
the Stewarts and published by The Insurance Forum along with The Insurance Forum's review and commentary
entitled "The Non-Payment Of Insurance Claims" are both published in The Insurance Forum's same October 2002 Edition.
The edition is available for purchase directly from The Insurance Forum by contacting them through their
website (www.theinsuranceforum.com). The Insurance Forum's review and commentary is also in full agreement. As
quoted from their commentary, Belth states "I have known and respected the Stewarts for many years. I first met Mr.
Stewart shortly after he was appointed Superintendent of Insurance in 1967 by Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller of New
York. I found the article provocative. In my view, the implications of widespread claim denials extend well beyond
commercial property-liability insurance lines. I think many of the ideas presented by the Stewart's also apply to
such individual lines as medical expense insurance, disability income insurance, homeowners insurance and automobile
insurance." (Of FBIC note: FBIC research and data confirms Mr. Belth's insight in this regard as correct as FBIC
research and data is in agreement and supports his thoughts and statement. FBIC data indicates and reveals that
the greatest insurers abuses of illegal mass denials of coverage, bad faith claim settlement practices and non-payment
of claims are in the auto, homeowners, workmen's compensation, health and disability insurance lines.)
- An independent review and commentary from FBIC (of "The Loss Of The Certainty Effect" written by the Stewarts) is

'INSIDER' HEADLINE: Insider Exposes Widespread
Bad Faith Insurance Industry Problem, Offers Expert Advice
Herb Denenberg, former Insurance
Commissioner for the state of Pennsylvania, is one of the country's leading consumer advocates as
he bravely speaks out and candidly tells America the way it really is behind the strictly enforced
closely guarded rule of absolute silence and operating secrecy of the insurance industry.
(Of FBIC Note: Without putting Herb on the line anymore than he does through his openly frank
and honest outspoken articles, we don't think we over-speak our bounds when we say it is apparent that
he confirms and exposes in specific areas and some cases more than FBIC but in general much, most or
all of what FBIC's extensive consumer evidence clearly confirms and exposes ... that is bad faith
insurers mass denials of legitimate claims along with its widespread use of bad faith insurance
practices, deceptions and fraudulent schemes to defraud the Public, their general above the law
attitude, misuse and abuse of the court system and total disregard for ethics and lack of concern
for the policyholder claimant. Bad faith insurers commonly use fraudulent bad faith practices
to inflict the necessary degree of ruthless mistreatment and punishment against legitimate policyholder
claimants their victims, in what appears to be standard operating procedure in their repeated attempts
to intimidate and make claimants go away without any benefit of coverage and/or any semblance if left
indicative of the basic essentials of life i.e. food, shelter, etc. ... all to the egregious financial
benefit of the company not having to pay a claim and recognition of the employee's own personal company
performance and ultimate personal self-enrichment.) Herb further confirms some of the suspected closely
guarded secrets and as to how the insurance industry really operates behind its securely locked and
tightly closed doors. Take advantage of his expert advice on the many beneficial aspects and
benefits that many of the different lines of (good faith) insurances have to offer as well as those to
avoid that make no sense having little or no benefit. Herb Denenberg's qualifications and
credentials are most impressive. To view Herb Denenberg's Bio,

repeated bad faith insurance claim practices and mass denial of claims policy.
