Charles B. Strauss, Age 65; Retired in 2004 as President, CEO of Unilever U.S. (Food, Personal Care Sector) located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. He held that position from 2000. He is a Board Director of The Hershey Company (Consumer Goods) Hershey PA and a Board Director of Aegis PLC.

Edward J. Kelly III, Age 54; Director of CSX (Railroad Sector) since July 2002. He is currently President and CEO of Citi Alternative Investments within Citigroup Inc. Previously Managing Director of Financial Services at The Carlyle Group. Formerly Vice Chairman of The PNC Financial Services Group, following PNC's acquisition of Mercantile Bankshares Corp. in March 2007. At Mercantile, he held the position of Chairman, CEO & President. Prior to Mercantile, He was Managing Director of J.P. Morgan Chase & Company, Investment Banking Client Management. Previously, he was a partner at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Gail J. McGovern, Age 56; Since 2002 Professor, Harvard Business School; 1998 - 2002 President of Fidelity Personal Investments, a unit of Fidelity Investments; 1997 - 1998 Exec. V.P. of Consumer Markets division of AT&T ; Director DTE Energy Company, Detroit, MI (Utilities Sector); Trustee, John Hopkins University;

H. Patrick Swygert, Age 64; 1995-Present President Howard University. 1990-1995 President State University of New York at Albany; , 1987 to 1990 Exce. V.P. Temple University; Board Director of Fannie Mae; Member of the Central Intelligence Agency's External Advisory Board; Advisory Council of Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of African American History and Culture; The D.C. Emancipation Commemoration Commission; The U.S. National Commission for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the Commission on Presidential Debates. Mr. Swygert is a Board Director, United Technologies since 2001.

Michael G. Morris, Age 61; January 2004 Elected President CEO of American Electric Power Company, Incorporated (AEP); February 2004 Chairman of the Board AEP; 1997 - 2003 Chairman of the Board, CEO & President of Northeast Utilities (Electric Utility). A Board Director Alcoa Inc.; Board Director Cincinnati Bell, Inc.

Ramani Ayer, Age 60; 1997 - Present Chairman & CEO Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.; 1997 - 2007 President Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.; December 1995 to February 1997 Exec. V.P.; 1990 to February 1997 President & COO Hartford Fire Insurance Company. Worked at the Company in 1973.

Ramon de Oliveira, Age 53; 2002 - Present Adjunct Professor of Finance at Columbia University; 1997 - 2001 Head of Investment Management and Private Banking for JP Morgan Chase fka JP Morgan prior to December 2000).

Robert B. Allardice III, Age 61; Deutsche Bank Americas Holding Corporation, Regional CEO North and South America; Smith Barney; Spent nearly 20 years at Morgan Stanley in various positions of increasing responsibility; Allardice is retired as a board member of Bankers Trust Company, Carlyle Capital Corporation Ltd., Deutsche Bank Americas Holding Corp.

Thomas M. Marra, Age 49; June 2007 - President President and COO Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.; Since 1990 - Exec. V.P. The Hartford; Since January 2002, President Hartford Life, Inc.; Since March 20, 2000 COO Hartford Life; 1980 - June 2007 Worked at Hartford Life in various positions of increasing responsibility.

Trevor Fetter, Age 48; 2003 - Present CEO Tenet Healthcare Corporation (Healthcare/Hospitals Sector); 2003 - Present Board Director; 2002 - President Tenet Healthcare Corporation; From March 2000 to November 2002, Chairman and CEO Broadlane, Inc., an affiliate of Tenet. Chairman and CEO of Kirk & Associates, Inc.; Current Board Director Rayonier, Incorporated (Financial - REIT Sector); 1989-1997 Board Director ITT Corporation; 1991-2000 Board Director Bradley Real Estate, Inc.; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation; Founder & Co-chairman of the Commission on Presidential Debates. 1985 - 1989 Chairman Democratic Party of the U.S.; 1983-1985 Treasurer Democratic Party of the U.S.; Degree Harvard School of Law.
